Moseley RFC given go-ahead for Billesley Common stadium upgrade - "...............Planning committee chairman Peter Douglas Osborn said: “We will see exciting new facilities of which the whole of the city can be proud".................."The committee was unanimous in its support and praise for the Moseley Rugby Club stand development at Billesley Common which includes hospitality boxes, function rooms and changing rooms.
