For the 2008/09 season the former Selly Oak Club has been renamed Moseley Oak. Selly Oak RFC moved to Billesley Common in 2004 with Moseley, and share all the facilities at the rapidly developing site. In 2008 it was decided that to continue to develop closer links between the clubs, Selly Oak should be renamed Moseley Oak.

Moseley Oak is an amateur rugby club and draws players from Selly Oak, Moseley, Kings Heath, Harborne and Edgbaston as well as the local universities.
Moseley Oak form the amateur arm at the Billesley Common facility, operating alongside our sister club, Moseley RFC, and giving experience to those who are moving up from  colts to adult rugby, and providing opportunities for those retiring from the professional game.

Moseley Oak play in the Midlands West 4 North league and regularly provide the main Saturday afternoon fixture at Billesley when the Moseley first XV are away. Our aim is to ensure that all who are involved with the club have an enjoyable time joining with friends new and old, whilst training, playing and socialising.
