Birmingham Moseley Appoint New Head Coach

Birmingham Moseley are pleased to announce the appointment of former 1st XV centre of the late 70s and 80s, Collin Osborne as Head Coach.

Until the end of last season Collin had been part of the Harlequins senior coaching team for over 20 years. When the RFU introduced academies, following his time as Head of Youth Development, he became Harlequins Academy Manager. He brought in a group of players who were to feature regularly in their Premiership side and would go on to gain International status with England. Collin went on to become Harlequins head skills coach. Prior to his time at Harlequins he coached the Zimbabwe national side. He has also worked with Mike Schmidt at Esher in National 1. He therefore brings a wealth of experience to his new job.

Collin Osborne said “I am excited to be back in Birmingham the city of my formative school years.

I am looking forward to working with the playing group, drawing out their potential and building for the future”
