Hours of work

Working hours Approx. 5-15 hours/week (this will change according to Programme needs)

Responsible to

Director of Rugby for Birmingham Moseley

Contractual Status

Covering the 2017-2018 Season which runs from June to April. 

Role Summary

To be responsible for the day to day organisation & co-ordination of the 1st XV Team at Birmingham Moseley.  To assist the Director of Rugby and Coaching Team on training days and match days.  Communicate with RFU and other clubs to ensure all documentation is done for loan agreements, dual registrations and match day official report cards.  Ensure all required equipment and kit has been organised for match days and training nights.  Work with the management team to ensure high performance culture and environment exists.  Organise squad travel arrangements and logistics on match days and training nights.   Match day reporting.

Knowledge and skills required:

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with players, coaches and administrators.
Strong organisational skills.
Sound knowledge of the rules and regulations of the RFU
Good IT skills (excel / word / powerpoint
Excellent attention to detail
Preferably Team Management experience
