“A fantastic day out for all concerned, there was a fair few London Scottish supporters there who enjoyed the sun and banter with the friendly Moseley crowd.

Brett Taylor Director of Rugby said he was really pleased with the weekend, initially we weren’t too sure how we would fair against a fully professional championship side who in fact won the National cup last year beating Exeter in the final; however it proved to be the right game to challenge us, to see where we are and potentially could be as a playing squad.

To lose the game in the last play for the 2nd week in a row was disappointing but again a massive lesson for players and coach’s concerned. On the flip side to score 43 points the way we did showed great craft in our attack and the exceptional finishing ability of people like Charlie Broughton.

The one major work on is that we are two seconds off the pace regarding reaction and this result on turn over ball on quick tap penalties where Moseley exposed us. We are happy where we’re at, we know where we need to be and believe we know how to get there.”
